IMPLEMENTATION OF A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN PRÉVEL AND IPSO FACTO FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MAJOR PROJECT NEAR THE JACQUES CARTIER BRIDGE

Built on more than 400,000 sq. ft. of land near the Jacques-Cartier Bridge and representing one of the largest sites still available for real estate development in the downtown area, Prével, in partnership with Ipso Facto, investissement immobilier, intends to develop a major mixed-use project that will allow for the cohabitation of residential buildings, offices and shops, to be built over a period of 7 to 8 years.

This project, located in the block surrounded by Saint-Catherine Street, René-Lévesque Boulevard, Parthenais Street and De Lorimier Avenue, will be characterized by its merging of uses and clientele as well as by its attention to eco-responsability.
