Closing of financing for over $122 million in downtown Montréal

Gascon’s financing team counselled two major financial institutions on a $122 million construction loan in relation with a major real estate project located in downtown Montréal.

As part of this mandate, Gascon assisted both lenders in all stages of this complex transaction. Audrey Robitaille, in collaboration with Marie-Chantale Dubé, negotiated the terms of the financing and drafted all securities and guarantees granted to the lenders.
