Amicable corporate separation for a group of professionals

Gascon represented the interests of a group of shareholders in the sale of their shares in a professional services firm. This mandate was initiated by a shareholders dispute involving several issues. Gascon’s team, led by M^e Alexandre Béchard and including M^e Mélanie Masson, M^e Yves Chabot and Cynthia Zakher, paralegal, negotiated the terms of an amicable sale of shares allowing its clients to continue their professional activities by creating a competing firm.

Gascon also took care of implementing the legal structure for its clients’ new professional services firm, in collaboration with their accountants.
