New partnership for one of the largest real estate developers in the province of Québec in the seniors’ residence sector

Gascon & associates, led by M^e Nicolas Lanthier, acted as legal counsel for Bâtimo Inc., one of the largest real estate developers for seniors’ residences in the province of Québec, for a project located in the city of Québec region. This new partnership will allow the construction of a seniors’ residence comprised of more than 360 units, including intermediate resource units, and to fulfill a significant demand in this sector. Gascon negotiated and drafted the agreements and the legal documentation necessary for the creation of the partnership, in addition to advising the client in the context of the financing granted for the construction of the project.
