$40 million financing for a new multi-residential real estate project located in Laval

Gascon & associates’ real estate team, led by M^e Nicolas Lanthier, acted as legal counsel for a major institutional lender in the province of Québec for a 10-year long-term financing of a multi-residential project of nearly 170 units, located in Laval. Gascon prepared all the required documentation and set up the securities in favor of the lender with whom Gascon has been collaborating for more than 23 years.
