Construction financing for the 2nd phase of the Récréathèque Project

Bank of Montreal financed the 2^nd phase of the project known as the “Récréathèque” in Laval.  The project built on the old Recréathèque site, an area well known to people in Laval, was now starting its 2^nd phase.

This second phase included the construction of a building of approximately 100 residential rental units.

The financing granted by Bank of Montreal totalled a sum greater than $25,000,000. This second phase occurred in the middle of a spiral of increase to construction costs and to interest rate.

The Gascon team, including Nicolas Beaulieu and Catherine Demers, had the responsibility of negotiating and putting together on behalf of Bank of Montreal, all financing documents for this construction loan.
