Ms. St-Amand Séguin has worked in the corporate services department since October 2023. She is involved in the drafting of closing documents as part of various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, as well as tax and commercial restructurings. She assists lawyers during preparations, revises minute books, prepares – for clients and lawyers of the firm, all the required documentation for mandates of constitutions, organizations, modifications, dissolutions, rollovers, and other types of transactions that involve shares. She has good experience in business law. Before joining Gascon, Ms. St-Amand Séguin worked in various law firms where she acquired knowledge of estate, tax and corporate law.
