KEVIN LAFRENIÈRE

Kevin Lafrenière practices in all areas of civil and commercial litigation. He is recognized by his peers for his thoroughness and ability to solve the most complex legal issues, as well as for his expertise in appellate matters.

Before joining the Gascon team in 2022, Mr. Lafrenière accumulated more than eight years of experience with two Montreal firms specializing in litigation, working for a clientele composed of business people and companies ranging from SMEs to multinationals. He previously clerked for the Honourable François Pelletier at the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Mr. Lafrenière graduated from the Faculty of Law of Université de Sherbrooke with honours. During his studies, he held research assistant positions in obligations law and administrative law.

Mr. Lafrenière was a lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke in contracts law and a teaching assistant at Université de Montréal in legal methodology. He also acted as a student researcher at the Jean-Louis Baudouin Chair in civil law.
