Maïka Dion-Test

Maïka Dion-Test joined the Gascon team in September 2023. Her practice is focused on commercial real estate law. Her areas of expertise extend across various financing and acquisition cases.

Maïka holds a bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), where she appeared on the Dean’s Honour Roll. She went on to complete her master’s degree in notarial law (LL.M.) with distinction.

In addition to her academic journey, Maïka demonstrated exceptional dedication as an active member of the university’s cross-country and athletics team, where she proudly represented her institution. Holding the university record in the 600 m race, she stood out for her discipline and determination, qualities she also applies in her legal career. Maïka was also involved with the UQAM Legal Clinic, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting access to justice.
