Marie-Chantale Dubé joined Gascon in 2018, after starting her career in a traditional notary office. Her practice is mainly focused on real estate law, where she develops both an expertise in title searches and in drafting of title opinions and various legal acts such as servitudes and declarations of divided co-ownership.

She is also involved in the preparation, drafting and closing of numerous real estate financing and sale transactions, including the preparation of immovable and movable securities and deeds of sale.

Her experience in real estate law and her knowledge as a notary allowed her to participate in several major real estate files within the firm.
