MARY DELLI QUADRI

Attorney, Partner

Mary’s practice focuses on commercial, civil and insurance litigation, class actions, product liability and professional liability. She is currently involved in product liability, securities and insurance class actions.

Mary has amassed considerable experience in errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O), defence and coverage litigation, at all levels, in both Quebec and Ontario.

Mary is currently the Vice-Chair for the Mass Torts Specialty Litigation Group of the Defence Research Institute (DRI).

She is also a part course lecturer at the Faculty of Law of McGill University and Université de Montréal. She is fluently bilingual in English and French and speaks Italian.

Mary is involved in PLUS — Professional Liability Underwriting Society — and has been an active Committee Member in Quebec since 2013.

Mary was named Future Star in Dispute Resolution in 2020 by Benchmark Canada, and recognized in the 2023 Lexpert Legal Expert Directory for Litigation-Commercial Insurance.
