NICOLAS LANTHIER

After working in a large law firm, M^e Lanthier joined the Gascon team in 2016 and became a partner in 2018. His practice is principally focused on real estate financing, specifically in financing, acquisition and sale transactions and partnerships. Having practiced as a notary, his experience in the field in which he practices allows him to proficiently counsel his clients, comprised of financial institutions, real estate promoters, retirement residence owners and private lenders.

As such, he participates in the negotiation of partnerships, offers to purchase and sale of real estate, as well as to put in place real estate and commercial financings. He is often called to draft legal documents, such as financing offers, loan agreements, hypothecs, servitudes, declarations of co-ownership and partnership agreements. He also collaborates on the drafting and revision of title opinions.
