Roxanne Dupuis

Roxanne joined the firm in 2023. Her practice is focused on real estate law and corporate law, particularly in structuring partnerships and real estate financing, both with financial institutions and private lenders.

Before joining the firm, Roxanne practised in civil and commercial litigation, specializing in contract law, civil liability, and insurance law at a Montreal-based law firm. She also gained experience in taxation at one of the globally recognized major accounting firms.

In addition to her membership in the Barreau du Québec, Roxanne holds a Juris Doctor in North American common law from the University of Montreal and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke.
