Paralegal

Paralegal since 2016, Trycia focuses her practice in real estate and commercial law. She helps lawyers and notaries prepare diverse types of documents and agreements for real estate transactions, such as financings and acquisitions.

She takes part in the due diligence process by doing research on different registries (including the land registry office, the Register of personal and movable real rights, Québec Enterprise Register, Industry Canada, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Records and different court records), then analyzes the results and prepare summaries.

Trycia also collaborates with various professionals and stakeholders during transactions and for the closing sessions.
