Me Malo concentrates his practice in litigation with a focus on employment and labor law, civil and commercial, copyright and environmental law. He represents employers before specialized labor tribunals and courts of civil jurisdiction in connection with unjust dismissal. He is frequently involved in mediation held by the Commission des normes du travail. He also advises clients about policies for human resources, contracts of employment, labor standards and human right issues.
Me Malo heads up the pension committee of one of Québec’s major pension funds.
