Important partnership for a multi-residential project in Laval
The QMD consortium was represented by Gascon and associates real estate team, headed by its partner Me Nicolas Beaulieu, with the collaboration of Me Nicolas Lanthier, partner, Me Émilie Therrien and Me Mance St-Pierre. The expertise of the Gascon team was put to a contribution to negotiate and complete the partnership, co-ownership, sale and financing matters. The financing for this acquisition was realized by the National Bank of Canada
The QMD Menard consortium has completed another important transaction by entering into a partnership with Group Monsap to accomplish together a new multi-residential real estate project of approximately 344 residential units in downtown Laval. The QMD Menard consortium and Group Monsap will each bring their respective expertise to contribute to the success of this real estate project. The construction of this new real estate project will be handled by the construction team at QMD and shall start imminently and targets a delivery in 2021.
